Located inside the Starfield Hanam shopping mall, the Motorstudio is a permanent brand-experience destination open year-round. It combines vehicle exhibitions, interactive media art and test-drive programmes around the theme of eco-friendly mobility for a sustainable future.
The centrepiece of the space is a large indoor LED media wall. Following a renewal completed in November 2024, the interior exhibition area and the LED media wall were expanded. Hyundai presents the installation as a media wall composed of a total of 121 LED screens, delivering large-scale motion content to visitors.
After the 2024 renewal, the media wall features three content themes: #1 Portable Landscape — footage filmed in locations with outstanding natural scenery in Korea, Hawaii and Iceland; #2 Energy — expressing the energy felt through mobility; and #3 We Are All Unique — produced by the British media-art collective Universal Everything, expressing a harmonious whole created by diverse individuals.
Beyond the media wall, visitors can explore the exterior and interior of Hyundai vehicles, configure options and view 3D visualisations on the LED display system. The venue combines vehicle exhibitions, interactive media art and test-drive programmes, and is open year-round.
This project is presented as an industry reference to illustrate large-scale indoor LED media wall integration in a retail brand-experience environment. It was not carried out by Street Communication.
