The E18 Flexible Mesh Screen is Street Co’s premier intelligent facade lighting and display solution, specifically engineered to turn massive building curtain walls, bridges, and irregular architectural structures into dynamic digital landmarks. Blending the lightweight properties of a pixel point light source with the high-definition impact of a full-scale video wall, this flexible mesh adapts to uneven surfaces and curved walls without modifying the building's original architectural style.  

With an outstanding transparency rate reaching up to 92.3% and a rugged IP67 weatherproof potting design, the E18 Series ensures that indoor natural light flows freely while projecting crisp, smooth graphics and high-contrast video layouts across the city skyline.  

• High-Flexibility & Custom Cuttable Framing :Constructed from high-performance flexible materials, the E18 mesh can be wrapped smoothly around curved, convex, or entirely uneven architectural facades. The grid layout is spliced using individual unit blocks, meaning it can be freely trimmed and cut into bespoke geometric shapes to perfectly match the unique profile of your building facade.  

• Exceptional Up to 92.3% Structural Transparency :Designed to maintain architectural integrity, the ultra-open grid structure provides an impressive light transmission rate ranging from 43.8% up to 92.3% (depending on the chosen pixel pitch). This ensures that the display does not block natural daylight from entering glass curtain walls or disrupt window visibility.

• Dual-Channel Signal & Auto-Correction Data Safeguards :Never worry about a single dead diode ruining your public display. The E18 Series integrates a dual-channel signal input architecture equipped with bad pixel retransmission. If a pixel fails, the system triggers automatic data correction, ensuring the signal flows uninterrupted to the rest of the display.  

• 65,536 Grayscale Levels & High-Fidelity Playback :Boasting an incredible 65,536 grayscale levels for each color and a high refresh rate (up to 8K support), the E18 screen delivers stunning color depth and smooth gradients. Dedicated software allows operators to calibrate RGB ratios and adjust white balance for optimal commercial video performance.

• Rugged 2mm Steel Wire & Heavy Wind Resistance :Built to endure severe high-altitude wind loads, the mesh is structurally reinforced with heavy-duty 2mm steel wires. A single structural wire can bear a hanging weight of 30 to 50 kg, while a specialized aluminum sleeve hook-shaped barrier guarantees anti-pull security during permanent outdoor installation.  

• All-Weather IP67 Waterproof Potting Protection : Sealed using specialized protective sealant potting, the E18 achieves a certified IP67 ingress protection rating along with a 94-V0 flame retardant level. It operates flawlessly under extreme rainfall, intense dust storms, and temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C.  

• Simplified Integrated Power & Control Layout :The system uses a highly integrated sub-controller and low-voltage power supply function to drastically simplify on-site construction. Paired with IP67 quick-wiring plugs, male/female extension cables, and Y-power tees, power injection remains evenly balanced across gargantuan facade distances.
