This project is an LED mesh display installed on a dome-shaped structure in Doha, Qatar. The curved dome surface is wrapped in a transparent LED mesh, turning the roof into a large-scale animated media surface visible across the surrounding plaza at night.
A transparent LED mesh with a 125 mm pixel pitch was applied to the curved surface of a dome in Doha. Following the dome's geometry, the mesh turns the entire roof into an animated media surface that plays large-format content — legible from the surrounding plaza — while keeping the structure open and visually light.
This installation uses our Structural Mesh Curtain LED technology.
The installation is a transparent LED mesh with a 125 mm pixel pitch (P125), applied across the curved surface of the dome. The mesh format suits the large viewing distances of an architectural facade and follows the dome's geometry while keeping the structure visually light.
The LED mesh transforms the dome into a striking illuminated landmark after dark, broadcasting dynamic content across its curved surface while preserving the architectural form of the structure.
