Made from high-strength aluminum alloy, the light bar and power box offer both light weight and durability, with the screen weighing just 10 kg/m². This significantly reduces a building's load-bearing requirements, making installation highly adaptable.
The diamond-patterned surface reduces direct light reflection by dispersing it into diffuse reflection, resulting in deeper blacks and improved overall contrast. Even under strong sunlight, the display maintains clear, detailed visuals.
The power supply is thermally bonded to the aluminum alloy power box via thermal gel, forming an efficient heat dissipation path. Combined with a dedicated vent design, internal components remain consistently cool and dry — contributing to around 30% power saving.
The product supports both front and rear installation and maintenance, greatly enhancing flexibility and significantly reducing labor costs and time. Waterproof plugs allow tool-free cable connection, and an optional cabinet test button quickly locates a faulty LED bar.
The cabinet and power box are made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a specialized structural design to minimize thermal expansion. Rigorously tested under high and low temperature conditions, the product ensures stable performance even in the most demanding environments.
