Context / environment : Release Party New Balance XC-72

StreetCo was contacted by OKQ for a last minute project in the center of Paris at one of the Footlocker shops.

They had planned a catwalk with the new shoes (New Balance XC-72), some live music (DJs and singers) and refreshments.

The event was held in the evening from 8pm to 11pm.

More than 100 fashion influencers confirmed their presence at this event to communicate on the new brand release.

Solution to install a indoor LED Screen

The client settled on a screen of 1.5 meter wide and 2 meter high (3m2).

We used our high-end UPADIII P2.6 indoor screens that we also use for our XR projects.

The screen was floor standing with a simple back support in steel.

The screen resolution of the screen was: 576×769.

This enabled the client to display photos, videos and other types of advertisement during the event.

The screen was placed near the refreshment so that nobody could miss the videos on the screen.

Materials & laboUr

After studying the feasibility of the custom solution at length with the engineers at Street Communication, the team settled on a solution of LED Totem.

The resolution of the screens are 576×769 for the totem. Which is enough to broadcast what is intended by the marketing team and with a brightness of 900 nits !

A ceiling support structure is also studied at length until the end of the project to achieve a perfect result and integration allowing the client to see only the part desired by the architects.

Challenge to install last minute

Street Communication has similar enquiries every week. This last minute project was not a challenge for us. We have technicians available day and night for our installations.

The only challenge for the client was to adapt their pre-prepared video contents so it fits perfectly on our LED screen, using the screen resolution and size in order to have no distorted video content on a screen that had no 16/9 ratio.

Impact : Install a big screen

This LED Installation enabled the client to communicate more efficiently on the new released shoes with images, videos and different contexts to wear the shoes. LED screens are very bright and immersive so it added a waw effect to the event.
